Privacy policy
This is a plain-language summary of how FlightFix handles your data during our early development phase.
What we collect
Your email and password (or Google account identifier) for authentication, a display name and optional avatar and country for your public profile, and the content you choose to submit (experiences, incidents, solutions, votes).
What we never make public
Your email address, authentication details, IP address, and any private verification evidence you might submit in the future are never shown on your public profile or anywhere else on the site.
How we use IP-based location
We use your IP address only, at the country level, to choose a sensible initial interface language on your first visit. We do not store raw IP addresses for this purpose, and location is never used to restrict access to content.
Passenger submissions are not independently verified
Public reports on {brand} reflect what individual passengers submitted. We do not independently verify the underlying facts.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your own content, and you can request account deletion at any time.
