The service
{brand} is a platform for passengers to publicly share airline experiences, and for that information to help other passengers and hold airlines accountable. It is not a booking, ticketing, or legal-advice service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant {brand} a license to publish and display it. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and must follow the Community Guidelines.
No independent verification
{brand} does not independently verify passenger submissions. Public reports reflect individual accounts, not established fact.
Prohibited use
You may not use {brand} to harass any person, publish others' private information, submit knowingly false reports, or attempt to manipulate ratings, votes, or rankings.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
